| Citibank Online is committed to offer you the highest level of online security. Along with your Card Number and PIN1 whenever you login to Citibank Online, you will be required to enter the OTP/OAC. |

| OTP/OAC is a single-use, random PIN1 that will be sent via SMS to effect an online transaction or to activate a new payee on your payee list. This provides additional protection against unauthorised access of your online account information and from various forms of online fraud. |
